Your key responsibilities: In this hands-on role, you’ll oversee the day-to-day management of the administration team, leading a team including a receptionist and legal admin support staff. Due to the nature of this role, you’ll be based on-site in the Brisbane CBD office full-time. Your remit will include, but not limited to: Attending to building management requests Managing workflow and performance across reception, business services and admin support Event management and overseeing budgets for the team Manage requests from partners and staff Inducting and training new staff Supporting firm-wide operational initiatives and process improvements About You: You’re professional, approachable, and confident in managing people at all levels, including navigating the more challenging conversations that naturally come with leadership. Previous experience in a similar role within a law firm or professional services firm is essential.
